Conveniently located you will be perfectly placed to enjoy the one and a half miles long sandy beach at Dawlish Warren. The resort is also part of the Exe Estuary a National Nature Reserve and one of the most important areas for wildfowl and wading birds in the country and ever popular with walkers and cyclists. Just slightly further along the coast discover Teignmouth an enigmatic resort boasting a host of pubs restaurants pier local shops and a farmers market. Continue west to enjoy The English Riviera and beyond; Torquay Paignton and Salcombe are all easily accessed from here. Other attractions close by include the stunning cathedral city of Exeter Haldon Forest Park Dartmoor National Park and Powderham Castle. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom a double. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV/DVD. Kitchen: with electric microwave combination oven gas hob fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Outside: small patio area with table and chairs to the side of the property and access to half an acre of the owners large garden further to this (reached by a narrow passage and steps to the rear of the owners home). Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 well-behaved dog welcome (please kindly ensure that kept on the ground floor). Regret no smoking inside the property. Location: beach and selection of pubs shops and eateries in Dawlish 2 miles.

Dawlish is a seaside town on the south coast of Devon, England. It is situated near to Dawlish Warren, Cockwood, Teignmouth, Shaldon, and Exmouth and is one of over three hundred towns and villages in Devon in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest main cities are Exeter (population 106,772), Plymouth (population 243,795), and Wells (which has a population of 10,406 according to the 2001 Census).
Located on the river Dawlish Water, as it enters the sea, Dawlish has a sandy beach, backed by red sandstone cliffs, with the South Devon Railway sea wall and the main line railway above it. If you like to watch trains past whilst lazing on the beach you couldn't find a better place!
